[…] El Dr. Facio, llevaba en su poder el informe del médico policial doctor Ricardo Barreiro Aguirre quien dictaminó, después de practicar la autopsia, que el deceso del Dr. Carlos A. Ray debió producirse a la 1 de la mañana, y no a las 5 como expresa la María Poey de Canelo.
Interrogado por los periodistas el Dr. Facio respondió que dentro de breve término estaría en condiciones de adelantar informaciones concretas. Existe pues, la insinuación de una esperanza o de una nueva decepción.
